For guys going for NHG 1st batch,

Please meet at 8 40 am at Novena mrt station, the control station. Please bring along the following:

1. The 3 complete forms - Acknowledment form, bank authorisation, employment (If you don't know how to fill any part, leave it blank first).

2. Photocopy of Bank account book frontpage.

3. Recent Passport size photo.

4. Lab Coat

5. Student Card, aka Lanyard

6. Student File (Brown Folder) & Log Book
